The Zanya co-operation in Dalat works with over 30 smallholder producers of the K´ho ethnic minority around the Langbiang mountain area. This region, with its rich volcanic soil and suitable climate, is ideal for growing coffee.
Ben had the privilege of visiting Zanya last year, learning about their processing methods, their sourcing with their community and tasting some exceptional coffees. That is why we have produced this taste of Vietnam Pack.
This pack contains two 225g bags of coffee, both are from Zanya and are the same varietals however, they are each processed differently. One is ‘Double Washed’ and the second is a ‘Pink Honey’ process, so that you can discover the flavours and nuances of processing the same coffee in different ways!
