Blue Hour Coffee is crafted for those times to take a second, appreciate life’s moments and create amazing memories through coffee. 
We are speciality coffee roasters, passionate about the quality and consistency of our coffee, from sourcing to roasting to brewing, the perfect cup every time. We now roast in Winchester at Hampshire Pantry. Our coffee is available for purchase on our online store or as wholesale.
Our favourite time of day is that first hour, when everyone else is asleep, when you can take your time, brew your coffee and form those daily rituals which are so important.
Between the last hour of night and the first light of day, Blue Hour presides.

Nick

Nick's journey through the coffee world started at a high street chain coffee shop where he was first introduced to coffee, from there he delved into the world of specialty coffee working in several independent shops across the UK and expanding his knowledge whilst living and travelling in Australia.  Nick’s love for coffee and competition grew, he competed across London and the UK, winning throwdown after throwdown including the famous Kaffeine Latte Art Smackdown.

Ben

Ben has been working in coffee since 2010 due to it being his first ever job at 16. With over 10 years in the specialty coffee industry, Ben has worked in a variety of coffee shops and trained baristas all across the country. He has competed in a multitude of coffee competitions with a lot of success, even taking home the title of UK Latte Art Champion in 2025, going on to land a spot in the World Championship's Top Ten. From training new baristas to hosting events, Ben's passion for the coffee world runs deep.
