By popular demand we are re-introducing our Low-Caffeine Blend this year, incorporating two fantastic coffees that will give you warm feels throughout the winter season without such a strong jolt of caffeine!
Origins: Brazil (Decaf) 70%, Ethiopia Beshasha 30%
Varietal: Mixed
Process: Decaf (EA) Washed / Washed
What we tasted: Fruit Compote, Caramel and Blackberry.
Best enjoyed: Espresso or Filter
Our best recipes so far:
Espresso: 19g in, 36g out, over 30 seconds
Filter: 18g, 250g water, 3:00 brew time - 50g bloom for 30secs, then 50g water every 30secs until water weight reaches 250g
