Introducing our 2026 Half-Caff Blend…
By popular demand we are re-introducing our Half-Caffeine Blend this year, incorporating two fantastic coffees that will give you warm feels throughout the season without such a strong jolt of caffeine!
Please note, the coffee that we choose for the Half-Caff blend are seasonal so we may change the components as the months progress. It will always be 50% Decaf, 50% Caffeinated Coffee.
Origins: Brazil (Decaf) 50%, Peru 50%
Varietal: Mixed
Process: Decaf (EA) Washed / Washed
What we tasted: Pecan, Milk Chocolate and Golden Syrup
Best enjoyed: Espresso or Filter
Our best recipes so far:
Espresso: 19g in, 36g out, over 30 seconds
Filter: 18g, 250g water, 3:00 brew time - 50g bloom for 30secs, then 50g water every 30secs until water weight reaches 250g

Note: The Low-Caf Blend will be seasonal and components may vary - we will always try to match the profile to make sure flavour is always top priority and regardless of components we will always make sure the blend is 70% Decaf/30% Caf.
