For one serving, use two heaped teaspoons (10g) of cacao and make a paste with a little warm water. Warm 250ml of your milk of choice, add to the paste and mix well. Sweeten to taste - honey or agave works well! Enjoy Blue Hour.
It’s a great alternative to hot chocolate, tasting rich and indulgent. A real treat!
